4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans: We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans with different features and limitations.

4.2 Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

4.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. Contact support for refund requests.

4.5 Price Changes: We may modify subscription fees with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6.3 License to Us: You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

While we strive to provide accurate and secure blueprints, you are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before implementation.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SSS SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
